AMANVARI
Located in Cabo del Este, Baja California, this development represents the first luxury project of the Amanvari chain in Mexico, setting a benchmark in construction quality for the Los Cabos region. Our involvement included the construction of the substructure, encompassing earthworks and specialized foundation work for equipment rooms below the water table, ensuring precise coordination with electromechanical installations.
The construction of pools and water features was executed to high technical standards, incorporating advanced waterproofing systems for the comprehensive protection of foundations and structures against moisture. Additionally, efficient pumping solutions were implemented for the management and control of groundwater during the execution of works below the water table. This comprehensive approach throughout all construction phases establishes the Amanvari development as a model of excellence and technical rigor.
