AMANVARI
Located in Baja California's East Cape, this is the first luxury development in the Amanvari chain in Mexico. The large scale and reputation of this villa and resort complex undoubtedly mark a milestone in construction quality in Los Cabos. This project involved the construction of the substructure, including earthworks, and the laying of foundations for equipment rooms below the water table, ensuring coordination with the facilities.
In addition, the construction of pools and water features was carried out. The project also involved protecting the foundations and structure with various waterproofing systems, and implementing pumping solutions to ensure efficient management of work below the water table.
